Foreign Investment/Project Finance

We have prepared various legal opinions on Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in Nigeria elucidating the legal framework for FDI in the Country.

Furthermore, we have carried out series of legal due diligence on Corporations and provided legal advisory in relation to privatisation of public Corporations, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. We regularly provide legal opinion on various regulations, policies and procedures for Investment/Project Finance transactions. Intellectual Property

We advise our clients on an ongoing basis of the development, licensing, registration and protection of trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs and other forms of intellectual property rights. Real Property

At Bricks and Ravel Legal, we offers a broad range of legal services for Real Property transactions. We on behalf of our Clients, carry out title investigation and provide advisory for acquisitions and documentations. We also assist our Clients post acquisitions, perfection of title and obtaining requisite regulatory permits for construction approvals, where required; ensuring compliance with the Real Property laws of Nigeria, and securing fiscal incentives, where available.

Insolvency and Debt Restructuring
